Swifty has turned up in the most unusual of places–a card game! On sale now in the Th3rd World Store is “Please, Don’t Wake Dagon!” a card game based on the characters from the Shadowgirls webcomic. Swifty, along with Bill from Legend of Bill, are playable characters in the game! I haven’t played the game myself yet, but I [...]

Big thanks to my brother Tyler Heasley for this latest fan art! It made me laugh and brought me right back to the 6th Grade and playing The Legend of Zelda for hours on end. I’d love to see more Fogeys in this style!
Today’s fan art in celebration of the 5th Anniversary comes to us from Margaret Racine! Thanks, Margaret. It’s a gorgeous take on a truly evil guy!
Digging into my fan art archives a bit, I found this great piece from Barb Jacobs of Xylia! Sweet, right?
I love this super fun pice by longtime SuperFan Dawn Griffin! Dawn does her own, extremely popular webcomic, Zorphbert and Fred, about two aliens disguised as dogs making observations about us wacky humans. Do yourself a favor and check it out immediately if you haven’t already!
Here’s a fan art drawn around the time of Chapter One. I don’t think I’d even revealed what Spy Gal’s feet looked like yet! Check out more of Winston Rowntree’s amazing work on his surreal and epic webcomic, Subnormality!
How freakin’ cool is this? Big thanks to SuperFan Kelsi Swensen for making my inbox very, very happy over the weekend. Now I want to play the video game!
SuperFan Kristie Metler send me this fun little piece just a bit ago. Once in a while, she draws pictures of characters for her kids and her choice on this particular day was the Fogeys! I love it. There’s something really pure about drawing strictly for your kids. Thanks, Kristie! Would you like to do [...]
This one takes me way back. Winston Rowntree is one of the most amazing, underknown webcomickers out there. You would do well to check out his always thought-provoking webcomic, Subnormality (warning: language). Thanks again, Winston!
What a great surprise this is! This is the first piece of fan art I’ve gotten for Dark Maiden and it’s beautiful and menacing. Big thanks to artist Margaret Racine for rendering her in such fine style. This isn’t Margaret’s first fan art rodeo. She also did the Thrice Evil up right a few months [...]
Greetings, SuperFans! It’s your Friendly Neighborhood Fogeys artist here. Another summer blockbuster movie season is fast approaching and one film I’m really looking forward to this year is Iron Man 3. Recently a new teaser poster was released which I think is heads and shoulders above most movie posters these days. If you haven’t seen [...]
Been a little while since some fan art was thrown our way. This fantastic piece comes to us from Tony Esteves of the webomic Legendary Woodsman! Tony really captured Sam’s noble spirit, as you can well see. Great work, Tony! Want to see to share your SuperFogeys fan art with the world? Send it along [...]
Greetings, once again, SuperFans! Marc here with another illustration to share. This time it’s not superhero or comic book related, though so I hope you’ll enjoy it. The other day I thought it would be fun to draw one of the most iconic performers of the 1970′s punk scene, Joey Ramone. I was experimenting here [...]

Fan Art week kicks off with this FIRST Zurida fan art by Roland Perez! He really captured her design wonderfully. Thanks, Roland! I’ve heard whispers of more fan art coming my way. I can guarantee at least one piece from me–a design for a brand new villain you’ll be seeing in the strip soon (okay, [...]
It’s always a treat getting some sweet, sweet Swifty Fan Art. I love, love, love the addition of the tennis balls on the feet of the walker. Wish I’d thought of that. This comes to us from Daniel Elliott of The Superpower Union. Check his stuff out! Thanks, Daniel! Send me your SuperFogeys Fan Art [...]
I can always count on Tom Racine to bring the funny. I’ve known Tom for years both online and in real life and I can tell you he’s one of the good ones. Through his podcast Tall Tale Radio, Tom has been a big promoter of cartooning and webcomicking and is doing the community a [...]
This was a slightly late entry to fan art week, but this Space Pig piece from Frank Jordan is too stellar to not share. Be sure and check out more of Frank’s work at his hilarious workplace webcomic, Company Man. Thanks, Frank!
If you’ve been following the comments on Money Man’s recent reappearance then you’ve probably noticed that people are drawing a line between Money Man’s new persona and Batman (along with a little Tony Stark mixed in for kicks). SuperFan Gwen Patton expressed her hope to see Money Man’s Secret Dollar Vault that houses all his [...]
I about lost it when this came in via email. This is hilarious, and hilariously out-of-continuity. Margaret Racine has contributed things here and there before, all of them excellent. See Thrice’s origin for the first appearance of “Mommy” and SF 600 for the latest. Great job, Margaret!
Holy snot, how cool is this? There’s so much personality in that Cap that I don’t even know what to say. Big, big thanks to Jason Williams for submitting this stellar piece. Be sure at check out more of Jason’s work at Realm of Gallimore and his artist page. Jason is the real deal, [...]
The great Jason Williams does it again, with a take on Star that is among my very favorites. Actually, Star Maiden fan art is pretty rare, so this is a real treat. Be sure at check out more of Jason’s work atRealm of Gallimore and his artist page. Jason is the real deal, with a great knack [...]
Swifty! What I love about Jason’s take on the Fogeys is how different the shapes are that he’s working with. You can see he’s got a background or a great affinity for modern animation styles. So, so cool. Be sure at check out more of Jason’s work at Realm of Gallimore and his artist page. Jason is the [...]
Jason does it AGAIN with his stylish (slightly evil?) take on Money Man, a character we’ve been seeing a lot more of these days. I love this so much. Be sure at check out more of Jason’s work at Realm of Gallimore and his artist page. Jason is the real deal, with a great knack for dynamic figures [...]
We don’t get too many Thrice Evil fan arts around here, but we are seeing it more now. This one comes to us from Eric Merritt, Jr. who did a great job capturing my favorite version of Thrice–the young and powerful one. Look at those pecs! If you’ve got a SuperFogeys fan art you’d like [...]

Got this in the mail while I was on vacation and I just now had a chance to post it. This is Captain Spectacular by the great Winston Van Lance! Here’s what Winston had to say about it: “He’s the Captain Spectacular with a pinch of Captain America. After returning to Earth with Dr Rocket, [...]
Holy, holy, holy crud! How can you not be blown away by that? Brian Astle is (in my opinion and that of a few other reputable organizations) one of the top illustrators working today. He’s young and destined for great thing. He’s also my Cousin-in-Law, which is how his work first came to my attention. [...]
I can’t believe Brian is back for more. He’s spoiling us. I don’t know how long it takes him to work up pieces like this, but it looks somewhere on this side of “a lot.” Look at tiny hairs! And the way he rendered the eye mask! The detail is extraordinary. In case you missed [...]
Fan art returns just in time for the 10th Anniversary Celebration! Today’s piece comes from Jim Haas, who took on the challenge of drawing Cap in his newest uniform. I love it. If there’s one thing we haven’t seen enough of, it’s fan art of the Fogeys with their new, “One Year Later” looks. [...]
